Trinity House Bed and Breakfast

Breakfast is served between 8.30 and 9.30

You will be served breakfast either in the dining room or - whenever possible - on the south facing terrace.  At Trinity House breakfast is taken very seriously to set you up for the day.  Everything is locally sourced – our sausages and bacon come from a farm near Chipping Campden, our chickens live in the fields just outside Stow, the wonderful flavour of their eggs has to be tasted cooked as you wish.  We bake our own bread – normally a mixture of brown flours but white bread can easily be made.  Coffee : soft and luxurious and of course the best teas.  For something simple : fresh fruit, compote, yoghurt and wonderful homemade granola.  Gluten free is available on request including sausages from our local butcher.  If you have any special dietary requirements please do let us know in advance of your stay with us.

Choose from:

  • freshly squeezed fruit juice
  • organic yoghurt
  • seasonal fruit and compotes
  • cereals or porridge
  • local free range organic eggs
  • local Gloucester Old Spot sausages
  • local bacon
  • smoked salmon and scrambled eggs
  • kippers and kedgeree (ordered in advance)
  • homemade bread toasted
  • homemade marmalade, jam and local honey
  • always available are Black Pudding, Fried Bread, Hash Browns and Baked Beans - please do ask if you would like the full works!

"Breakfast at Trinity House verges on being sinful - Zelie's huge white plates can accommodate the full works including black pudding and baked beans! A must".
