Early July and the Cotswold gardens are looking superb so plan your escape where the wonderful gardens await you. Come and stay at Trinity House, our luxury bed and breakfast in the heart of the Cotswolds.
Hidcote, Chipping Campden - this amazing garden made up of many different rooms was started by Lawrence Johnston in 1907. Today it is one of the foremost gardens in the Cotswolds. Kiftsgate - just around the corner has a wonderful story with 3 generations of women gardeners who, each in her unique way has contributed throughout almost a century to make Kiftsgate a world-renowned garden that visitors and gardeners alike have grown to know and love. And don’t forget the Kiftsgate Rose rising to some 80 feet through trees and in the next week or two at is majestic best.
Then of course there are others: Bourton House, Moreton in Marsh - the garden is only 20 years old but looks as if it has been here for much longer - so beautiful with the backdrop of the house and astounding tithe barn where tea and delicious home made cake are served. Not to be missed.
Broughton Grange set on a south and west facing slope, this garden was given life in 1992. Tom Stuart-Smith was asked in 2001 to help turn a 6 acre field into a walled garden on 3 tiers. It is superb and can be visited privately through the Head Gardener.
